YOUTH BASKETBALL
Girls in Kindergarten - 7th grade will be able to participate in the winter youth basketball program. The program typically includes 2 practices per week and games on Saturday mornings from mid-November thru mid-February.
Kindergarten and 1st graders will be in a co-ed "instructional" league run by the South Eastern Youth Boys Basketball (SEYBO). Likewise, 2nd grade girls will be in a co-ed league also run by SEYBO, however, they will play in controlled scrimmages using the lower rim basket.
Grades 3-7 will be in the girls program run by Coach Stratmeyer and separated by grades 3/4 and 5/6/7. Additionally, there will be travel teams for the 3/4, 5/6 and 7/8 age groups and tryouts (mandatory for all participants in grades 3/7).
